If you’re staying at Saraye Amir, or thinking of staying with us, please take a minute to read our service terms and conditions, to ensure peaceful and safe stay for you and our guests.

1. Check-in & check-out
Check-in is at 2:00 pm UNTIL 8pm.
In case of late arrival, prior arrangement is necessary. Please make sure you let us know of your check-in time if later than 8:00 pm. In case the guest fails to appear in the hotel by 8pm of the accommodation day without prior notice, hotel reserves the right to hand over the room to the next available guest or guests.
Guests should notify the hotel’s reception desk upon noticing damage after check-in.

Check-out is at 12:00 pm

NOTE
Please be advised that the main door to the premises will be closed at 11pm.
Guests are kindly requested to notify the staff, in advance, in case of their leave before 7am or after 11pm.

2. Identification
Passports are required at the time of check-in. A copy of the passport will be kept for our records.

3. Room allocation
When booking a room via our website, you are requested to choose your room type. At the time of check-in, you are of course welcome to change to any other available room of your choice with the new price.

4. Payment
Room payment is available in any major currency equivalent to the room prices shown on the website. Please be advised that international credit cards are not available in our place.
Cash terminal is available for those visitors with Iranian cash cards.

5. Cancellation Policy
There is no cancellation charge. Guests are advised to let us know in prior of their check-in time if later than 8:00 pm. In case of no show we cannot guarantee your check-in.

6. Receipts
Receipts are available upon your check-in after payment upon request.

7. Storage
At the guest's request, the hotel provides following free-of-charge services:
Storage of money and valuable belongings during the stay.
NOTE
Remember to keep the door to your rooms locked and leave the keys at reception when you go out. Otherwise we cannot take responsibility for the loss or damage to any of your belongings.

Storage of luggage; because we are a small boutique hotel, we may not be able to store luggage at times other than during the guest's stay at the hotel due to limited storage space.

8. The Right to Refuse Service
The hotel may refuse to accept guests who violate hotel rules, damaging the hotel’s or guest’s property or causing trouble for other persons staying in the hotel, or hotel employees.
